12/23/2023 0 Comments Creative memories paper slicer![]() ![]() ![]() If it is not flush with the top or a line, you may find the edge of your photo is a little crooked because of how the photo was placed under the blade. Make sure the edge of your photo, cardstock, or paper is flush against the top edge of your trimmer, or at least lined up with a line on the cutting mat to get the straightest cut. This will give you the cleanest cut possible. Just as with large paper cutters you might find in a library or a copy store, this trimmer performs best when you gently push the handle in towards the base, as you pull down with the blade. I highly recommend this unit, but also want to share a tip with you, as I feel it is extremely helpful for this unit. It is great for small hands, and great for travel to have something to work on while I am waiting for a child to get out of school or practice. I do have the other trimmer to cut my larger prints and cardstock/paper. ![]() I love my personal trimmer for small cuts. This blade is great for cutting the photos, but if little hands are using this and happen to touch the bottom of the handle as they pull it up, it isn’t going to cut them with just a light touch, like some other similar trimmers.
